Natalia Novais Galan (Known as Nova)
With a diverse European, Latin/Hispanic, and Canadian
background and education. Nova has developed a versatile understanding of business analytics, communication, and operations across multiple industries.
Raised by a single mother, she learned independence and adaptability at a young age, leading her to gain experience in fields ranging from automotive mechanics , office general administration , music production, and creative development.
Where the name Dappy came from
Over the years, Nova has dedicated much of her time to helping entrepreneurs and independent business owners—often without compensation—by identifying operational gaps, overlooked issues, and areas limiting growth.
Through hands-on involvement, strategic problem-solving, and relationship building, she has cultivated a broad network of business owners, creatives, and different positioning operators across various industries.
Recognizing recurring challenges within small businesses and emerging brands.
Nova transformed her experience, knowledge, and community connections into an official business structure: Dappy, a marketing research and brokerage company focused on strategic partnerships, operational support, business development, and growth-oriented solutions designed to help companies move forward more effectively.

However , Nova simply came up with the Name Dappy because it's similar to the word Dabble , in which she does. As well as the word Daddy , and she states she's a Daddy with a "P" . Therefore the Name "Dappy" was founded. (Fun Fact)
